Ed focuses on early to late stage venture investments across a wide range of sectors at NVP, with an emphasis on consumer Internet.
Most recently, Ed was co-founder and COO of Spree Network Inc., a San Francisco-based internet collective-purchasing company. Prior to Spree Network, Ed spent four years with the Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Group at Evercore Partners in New York and London. In this role, Ed executed and analyzed mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and leveraged buyout opportunities in technology, media and telecom sectors.
Ed obtained bachelor of arts degrees in both economics and environmental studies from Dartmouth College.
