Phyllis focuses on early to late stage venture investments across a wide range of sectors at NVP. Before joining NVP in 2008, Phyllis was a member of Morgan Stanley’s Technology Investment Banking Group where she worked on both financing and strategic advisory assignments in a variety of technology sectors with clients such as DemandTec, eBay, Websense, Tellme and Seagate. She was also responsible for organizing Morgan Stanley’s 2007 West Coast CTO Summit. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Phyllis held financial analyst positions at Jefferies & Company, Inc. and Ford Motor Company.
Phyllis graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of California, Berkeley where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics.
