How NVP Invests
For growth equity opportunities in India, NVP typically invests between $15 million and $35 million and up to $50 million in each transaction. We invest in fast growing companies with strong market positions, proven management teams, and significant revenue and net income traction. NVP invests in both listed as well as unlisted companies.
For early and mid-stage companies in India, NVP tends to invest between $2 million and $15 million in companies with strong growth potential, proven business models and some revenue traction.
NVP collaborates closely with its management teams to think critically about key strategic issues, business building initiatives and how to collectively drive increased shareholder value. NVP actively helps its portfolio companies in a variety of areas including: business development, sales, recruiting and marketing.
