Moshe focuses on early to late stage venture investments in Israel across a wide range of sectors, with an emphasis on the consumer Internet, enterprise and infrastructure spaces.

Before joining Norwest Venture Partners, Moshe was a senior product manager at ExtraHop Networks. Prior to ExtraHop, Moshe was VP of Product and CTO at Higher, Inc., a startup aimed at creating the world’s first modern career marketplace for professionals.

Earlier in his career, Moshe founded instant messenger company Odigo (acquired by Comverse Technology in 2002). He later joined Microsoft as a program manager, leading key initiatives in virtualization (Server & Cloud) and browser compression and acceleration (Windows Phone).

Moshe holds an MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business and a BSc of information management engineering from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.

    Selling software in Hong Kong’s infamous sham shui po, golden shopping center. I was 10 years old.

  • What is something people may not know about you?

    I participated in a 24 hour endurance race called “Lemons” in a pink “Barbie Jeep," a deserted '89 Jeep Cherokee that we fixed and built for the race.
