We brought together 30+ human resources and talent management professionals from Silicon Valley for an exclusive, candid conversation regarding how to create an authentic employer brand and candidate experience without burning through the HR budget. Keynote speaker Stacy Zapar, founder of Tenfold and an employee engagement and recruiting veteran, kicked off the event with a lively session that offered an inside look at how culture trumps cash when it comes to employer branding.  Following the keynote, Norwest’s Kris Snodgrass moderated a panel featuring Tasha Liniger of Blue Jeans Network, Mala Singh of Minted, and Jared Lucas of MobileIron; all people leaders at Norwest portfolio companies.  The panelists answered questions from the audience and shared best practices for employer branding, promoting company culture, and driving engagement.
