Conrad focuses on early to late stage venture investments across a wide range of sectors at Norwest Venture Partners, with an emphasis on consumer Internet. He is a board observer at Sensay, Stratim and Udemy, and is actively involved with Norwest’s investment in Casper.
Before joining the Norwest team, Conrad was a product manager at Yammer, a leading enterprise social network acquired by Microsoft. In this role, he worked with product and engineering teams to launch new initiatives driving user engagement and retention across core product features.
Prior to Yammer, Conrad worked at Bain Capital Ventures, where he evaluated and structured investment opportunities from early stage to growth in the sectors of digital media, software, and business services. Some of his investments included myEdu, blip, and eXperticity.
Previously, he was a consultant at Bain & Company and co-founder of an online auction site targeted at universities.
Conrad holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in finance and entrepreneurial management. Conrad also holds a bachelor of business administration in business honors and finance, and a bachelor of arts in the liberal arts honors program from The University of Texas at Austin.
