What’s the quality you most look for in other people? In yourself?Clarity of thought. I seek to partner with founders who take time to learn everything they can about their space. Tactically this translates into constant iteration on product, hiring, and customer experience by leveraging new information that comes in. Prior to joining Norwest, I worked at Microsoft. It was there that I first learned about growth mindsets. I aim to to have a 'learn it all' vs. 'know it all' mentality and look for a similar approach from founders. I remain inspired by Microsoft's core values of "create clarity, generate energy, and deliver results" and have adopted that as a framework for work.What inspires you about your work? What makes you passionate about your work?My family immigrated from China with nothing to their name and $1000 in debt from the plane ticket over. Growing up in Newton, MA and now living in San Francisco made me deeply believe in the American Dream.
