John is a member of Norwest’s growth equity team where he is focused on enterprise software and tech-enabled services companies.

Prior to joining Norwest, John was a Principal at Spring Mountain Capital where he helped lead investments across a variety of enterprise software and digital health companies including Doctor.com (acquired by Press Ganey), Prevalent (recapped by Insight Partners), Koneksa, Splash, Keen Decision Systems and EverWash. Prior to that, he was a Growth Equity Analyst at HealthCor Partners where he was involved in companies in the healthcare sector including Natera (IPO: NTRA), Corindus (acquired by Siemens) and HeartFlow.

John graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Masters and a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in economics.
