Will is a senior advisor at Norwest Venture Partners, providing counsel to Norwest’s portfolio companies in the areas of consumer products, retail, and supply chain. He is a seasoned executive and merchandising professional who has consistently demonstrated success in retail, consumer direct and consumer brand business models. Will focuses on strategic planning and merchandising solutions to fully differentiate young brands to meet their full potential.
Will has a knack for helping clients engineer turnaround and transformation efforts through enterprise assessment, customer-centric strategic planning and execution. He has helped clients develop execution management tools and integrated processes to better meet customer demand and improve operations.
As the interim chief executive over merchandising at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Will led a successful turnaround of the museum’s retail, wholesale and licensing enterprise. He was previously a partner at Columbus Consulting, CEO of Eastern Mountain Sports, and President of Perry Ellis Menswear Company.
Will holds a BS in political science from Arizona State University.
