Manuel comes to Norwest Venture Partners with almost a decade of recruiting experience. As Senior Director of Talent, under the umbrella of Portfolio Services, Manuel works closely with growth equity and venture partners and portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Norwest, Manuel was a director at Daversa Partners where he worked closely with the Norwest team on executive searches for companies like Madison Reed, Imperfect Foods, Calm, Tempo, and Third Wave Automation.

Manuel holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in writing from the University of California, Merced.

Brit comes to Norwest Venture Partners with seven years of global technology talent experience. As Director of Talent, under the umbrella of Portfolio Services, Brit works closely with Norwest’s enterprise venture and growth equity partners and portfolio companies.

Before Norwest, Brit was at executive search firm Egon Zehnder where she partnered closely with executive teams, CEOs, and Boards, ranging from VC & PE-backed start-ups to Fortune 50 corporations, on technology search work and leadership advisory projects. With expertise in product, cybersecurity, data and analytics, data science and AI/ML, she advised clients on recruiting and assessing technical leadership talent, as well developing and scaling up capabilities in emerging technologies.

Brit began her career at a boutique IT management consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity and data where she focused on scaling business operations of talent, culture, business development and marketing.

Brit holds a bachelor of arts degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.

Kris comes to Norwest Venture Partners with more than a decade of retained executive search experience recruiting VP- and C-level executives across the marketing, financial, engineering, operations and sales functions. As vice president of talent, under the umbrella of Portfolio Services, Kris works closely with both venture and growth equity partners and portfolio companies in the consumer and consumer Internet industries.

Before joining Norwest, Kris was a principal at Howard Fischer Associates in Silicon Valley. In her prior experience she handled consumer Internet searches for start-ups including Mint, Stella & Dot, Art.com, Wine.com, CafePress, Lending Club, and Trion Worlds, as well as venture-backed consumer and enterprise software start-ups including Anaplan, Bromium, and Solera Networks.

Kris started her career in search with retained executive search boutique firm Bialla & Associates and also spent time at executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles. Earlier in her career, Kris spent seven years in hi-tech sales at pioneering Internet start-ups Netscape, RealNames, and VeriSign.

Kris holds a bachelor of arts degree in international affairs from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and speaks French and German.

Teri brings more than 20 years of experience in management recruiting and human resources development to Norwest Venture Partners. During her career, Teri has cultivated a robust network of entrepreneurs, executives and key industry influencers to help grow portfolio companies with the best possible management teams and boards of directors.

At Norwest, Teri works closely with Norwest investment professionals, co-investors and board members, as well as portfolio company founders and CEO’s, to evaluate new investment opportunities and grow existing portfolio companies.

Before joining Norwest, Teri served as Human Capital Partner at ComVentures. During her seven year tenure at ComVentures, she worked closely with the investment partners and personally built out executive teams, including several CEO’s, for high impact portfolio companies. Prior to ComVentures, Teri established the Senior Recruiting Partner role at leading venture capital firm, Accel Partners, in 1999. Teri also helped with the formation of Accel-KKR in building the team and working with their portfolio companies.

Prior to her work with venture capital firms, Teri spent more than a decade in retained executive search with leading global search firms Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles (NASD:HSII).

Teri holds a bachelor of arts degree in communications from the University of California, Los Angeles.
