Ginny Pan

Ginny focuses on growth equity investments across a wide range of sectors, with a focus on enterprise software.

Before joining Norwest, Ginny was an associate on the Deutsche Bank Tech Investment Banking team in San Francisco. In this role, she advised companies across the technology sector on M&A, financings, and other strategic opportunities. Prior to that, she was in the Software & Services Investment Banking group at Macquarie Capital in San Francisco.

Ginny graduated from UC Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and economics.
