Keren Bitan

Keren Bitan is the founding principal at Tandem Impact, a boutique sustainability consulting firm. Keren collaborates with the Norwest team to develop, implement, and evolve their responsible investing approach, and supports portfolio companies with sustainability resources and guidance.

Keren specializes in advising investment firms and startups on sustainability and impact strategies. She leverages a wealth of experience in analysis and consulting for technology companies, investors, foundations, and nonprofits. Keren’s groundbreaking work in collective impact has been featured on NPR. Her advising has been instrumental in both enabling startups to reach new growth stages, and catalyzing investors to formalize sustainability practices.

With startups, Keren’s international expertise spans from foundational work with early-stage companies, to supporting multi-billion dollar IPOs. In her work with global investment firms, she supports clients to develop successful evaluation and engagement practices across the ownership lifecycle, and deliver effective reporting for stakeholders.

Keren graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cornell University. She calls Bellingham, Washington home, where she loves hiking in the woods with her husband and dog Zoey.
