What inspires you about your work? What makes you passionate about your work?I feel very lucky to have the chance to make impacts on the healthcare system, even small ones. In healthcare, we see unique opportunities to concurrently do well financially and do good for people.What’s been unique about your experience at Norwest? My path to Norwest started with a cold email. The “shots you don’t take” adage feels tired but it’s totally true and valuable. It’s that same basic attitude that seems to pay dividends as a job-seeker, an investor, or an entrepreneur.How do you help founders take things to the next level?Listening to them. We have a lot of unique and powerful resources to offer, but it’s what we choose to apply and how that matters most. Adding value should be a collaborative exercise informed by those who know their businesses best.
