Shiv brings to Norwest India more than 18 years of investing and finance experience. Shiv serves as an advisor on growth equity investments in Indian companies across a wide range of sectors including consumer, healthcare, technology, business services, and financials.

Prior to re-joining NVP in 2019, Shiv spent a year with Edelweiss’ Private Equity Business where he led their investment in Sapphire Foods. Prior to this, Shiv was with NVP for 9 years. Shiv started his career with Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division where he worked in New York, London, and Mumbai over a 3 year period.

Shiv obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Oberlin College.
