Tejas focuses on early-stage and growth equity investments in Indian companies across a wide range of sectors.

Prior to joining Norwest, Tejas worked with Panthera Growth Partners, an India & SEA focussed early growth stage fund managing an AUM of ~$350m, where he focussed on consumer, SaaS, and tech investing. Prior to Panthera, he worked as a management consultant at Alvares & Marsal’s India team focussing on performance improvement and buyout diligence projects across consumer, steel, aviation and manufacturing sectors.

Tejas is a Chartered Accountant and has earned a Bachelors in Commerce and Masters in Commerce from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai.
