Will leads the debt capital markets function for the growth equity team at Norwest.

Prior to joining Norwest, Will was a member of the capital markets team at Gryphon Investors where he was responsible for analyzing, structuring, and executing financing transactions. Previously, he was an assistant vice president at Antares Capital where he underwrote loans supporting middle market private equity transactions. He began his career in GE Capital’s Financial Management Program.

Will received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
