Krina focuses on growth equity investments across a wide range of sectors including consumer, internet, business services and technology.

Prior to joining Norwest, Krina worked at Credit Suisse as an Investment Banking Analyst in the New York Healthcare Group.

Krina holds a bachelor of science in business with a concentration in finance and a minor in public policy & management from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Ehi focuses on venture opportunities in the healthcare sector, including therapeutics, medical devices, diagnostics, digital health and health tech IT and services.

Ehi was previously at McKinsey & Company’s Life Sciences practice, where he advised clients in the pharmaceutical and medical products industries on corporate strategy, M&A and R&D.

Ehi has an MD and a PhD from the MSTP at Washington University School of Medicine. During his PhD, he published papers on the genetic mechanisms of risk in congenital heart disease. He also has bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Emory University, where he graduated with highest honors.

Joe focuses on growth equity investments in healthcare, including healthcare services, pharma services, healthcare IT, medical devices, and digital health.

Joe joins Norwest from Evercore in New York, where he worked as a senior associate on the Healthcare Services & Technology Equity Research team.

Joe graduated from Georgetown University as a George F. Baker Scholar with a bachelor’s degree in Government and History.

John is a member of Norwest’s growth equity team where he is focused on enterprise software and tech-enabled services companies.

Prior to joining Norwest, John was a Principal at Spring Mountain Capital where he helped lead investments across a variety of enterprise software and digital health companies. Prior to that, he was a Growth Equity Analyst at HealthCor Partners where he was involved in investments across the healthcare sector.

John graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Masters and a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in economics.

Michael focuses on growth equity investments across a wide range of sectors including technology, business services, internet and consumer.

Prior to joining Norwest full-time, Michael was a growth equity intern where he researched and presented investment opportunities.

Michael received a B.A. in economics from Harvard College, where he was a three-time captain of the varsity swim team.

Prior to joining Norwest, Michael worked at Blue Collective where he worked with the investment team across early-stage Venture Capital, Growth Equity, and Buyout investing strategies.

Michael holds a bachelor of arts in music with a minor in business administration from Boston University.

Max joined Norwest in 2022 as Associate General Counsel. In this role, he works closely with Norwest investment professionals, co-investors, board members, and portfolio company founders and CEOs on a wide variety of legal activities across Norwest’s global fund.

Prior to joining Norwest, Max worked at Specialized as Commercial Counsel where he focused on domestic and international strategic M&A, most notably involving an industry consolidation and direct to consumer initiative to acquire independent bike retailers around the world. Prior to Specialized, Max was an associate at the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges practicing M&A with a focus on Private Equity transactions, SPACs and Growth Equity Investments.

Max received a J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Economy from UC Berkeley. Max is a member of the State Bar of California.

Ken focuses on growth equity investments across a wide range of sectors at Norwest, with a particular interest in consumer products and services, internet/e-Commerce, retail, and business services.

Prior to joining Norwest, Ken was on the M&A team at a.k.a. Brands (NYSE: AKA), where he was responsible for identifying, executing, and managing new acquisitions. Before that, Ken was on the Growth Products & Services team at Summit Partners.

Ken holds a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.

Garrett focuses on growth equity investments across a wide range of sectors at Norwest including technology, business services, media, and consumer.

Prior to joining Norwest, Garrett was a leveraged finance senior associate at Silicon Valley Bank. During this time, he focused on financings for private equity-backed leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and recapitalizations across the technology industry.

Garrett graduated with high honors from Wesleyan University with a B.A. in economics and environmental studies.

Lia joined Norwest in 2022 as Sr. Director of Events. In this role, she leads Norwest’s event strategy and creates new opportunities to strengthen our community.

Lia has a bevy of marketing, demand gen, and events experience. Most recently, she was VP of Marketing at Ripcord where she oversaw events, among other functions. Prior to that, she was at Demandbase and Frog Design.

Lia holds an MBA in business administration and management from the University at Albany, SUNY. She also holds a bachelor of arts in communication from the University of St. Thomas.
