John is a member of Norwest’s growth equity team where he is focused on enterprise software and tech-enabled services companies. Prior to joining Norwest, John was a Principal at Spring Mountain Capital where he helped lead investments across a variety of enterprise software and digital health companies including (acquired by Press Ganey), Prevalent (recapped by Insight Partners), Koneksa, Splash, Keen Decision Systems and EverWash. John was also a Growth Equity Analyst at HealthCor Partners where he was involved in companies in the healthcare sector including Natera (IPO: NTRA), Corindus (acquired by Siemens) and HeartFlow.

Phil Hodge

CRO, AbsenceSoft

Phil Hodge leads the AbsenceSoft Sales and Go-To-Market teams as Chief Revenue Officer. Phil has spent his 25-year career in software and consulting and is motivated by happy customers, enterprise growth, and of course, revenue production. He is a customer experience fanatic who has transformed their selling experience and built a team of humans motivated by helping companies take care of their employees.

James Hart

CRO, YipitData

James Hart is the Chief Revenue Officer of YipitData, a 500+ person New York City information services company specializing in analyzing the growing amount of alternative data, working with ~500 of the world's largest hedge funds, long-only funds, and global corporations. Prior to joining YipitData in 2016, James spent over 5 years at Experian, both in Sydney and New York, progressing through various sales, business development and management roles. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.

Ken Sims

CRO, Floqast

Ken leads FloQast’s go-to-market team with overall responsibility for sales, marketing and business development. Previously he was CEO of Reach150, and held executive positions at Axcient and KACE as well as leadership roles at Inktomi, Oblix and Silicon Graphics. While at KACE he established a partnership with Dell that led to KACE’s acquisition. He received a BA from UCLA and MBA from Harvard.
