We invest from $1M in seed-stage up to $50 million in later-stage companies with strong growth potential, exceptional management teams, proven and innovative business models or initial revenue traction.
Growth Equity
We typically invest between $30 million and $150 million in each transaction. We partner with fast-growing companies with strong market positions, proven management teams, significant revenue, and net income traction.
Value Add
We collaborate closely with our management teams on key operational and strategic issues to collectively drive increased shareholder value. We help our portfolio companies with: reimbursement, regulatory issues, business development, sales, M&A, product development, market expansion, recruiting, and marketing.
