On April 6, 1-2pm PST, we are hosting a virtual fireside chat about why mental health at work is a must-have conversation in scaling companies, featuring organizational psychologist and author Melissa Doman, MA.
We will discuss:
– Why mental health at work is crucial in scaling companies
– How mental health at work has become urgent during the pandemic
– Proven strategies that you can use immediately
Laurie and Melissa will dive into what we actually need to understand about mental health, chronic stress, and mental illness. Plus constructive ways to start and maintain conversations about these topics at your company.
This is a private event for the Norwest Portfolio People and Talent Leaders. If you would like to learn more, please reach out to lhanson@nvp.com.
