Chris focuses on growth equity investments across a wide range of sectors at Norwest, with a focus on software, data, and tech services.

Prior to joining Norwest, Chris spent 12 years at Bain Capital, where he led teams focused on buyouts of application software companies and launched Bain Capital’s west coast PE office. At Bain Capital, Chris helped drive the $17B buyout of Athenahealth and worked closely with the management teams at Waystar (recapitalized by EQT), Surgery Partners (public), and Gymboree, among others. Before Bain Capital, Chris was an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in Los Angeles.

Chris has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a BA from Boston College, where he was a Presidential Scholar.
