Dawn brings more than 20 years of tax experience to Norwest, including significant experience with both state and federal income taxes. As part of the Portfolio Success team, Dawn is responsible for all tax related efforts including tax planning (domestic and foreign), income tax filings, submissions, and transfer pricing. In addition, Dawn is responsible for Norwest’s regulatory compliance, including SOX compliance and internal controls and testing.

Before joining Norwest, Dawn spent more than half her career working in public accounting, most recently as a senior tax manager working with venture capital and private equity funds. Dawn also spent time working for a Fortune 500 company handling tax planning and controversy. Dawn has a wide breadth of experience covering general corporate tax, partnership tax, foreign reporting, tax controversy, and mergers and acquisitions.

Dawn received a J.D. from the University Of Illinois School Of Law in 1991. She received a bachelor of business administration from Loyola University of Chicago, with an emphasis in accounting. Dawn is a member of the State Bar of Illinois.
