Prior to joining Norwest, Ishika worked at DC Advisory (global investment banking arm of Daiwa Securities; $10B+ mcap) where she worked across sectors such as SaaS, Financial Services and Education on M&A and Private Equity fund raise transactions.
Ishika is a gold medalist Chartered Accountant and a qualified Financial Risk Manager. She has earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
