Kris is a Principal at Norwest, focused on Network Development & Talent, integrating the firm’s network of advisors, corporate operators, strategic partners, and executive leaders with our enterprise and consumer portfolio companies. She is a key member in establishing the Norwest Operator Collective, bringing together CDAIO, CIO, CISO, and CTO leaders looking to share knowledge with peers, build relationships with emerging tech companies to solve large-scale challenges, and for Advisor and Board engagement.

Since joining in 2014, Kris has helped build a broad ecosystem across both venture and growth equity to connect executives spanning sectors ranging from AI infrastructure, beauty, CPG, cybersecurity, data, fintech, healthcare, retail, to vertical SaaS.

Before Norwest, Kris spent time in executive search at Howard Fischer Associates, Bialla, and Heidrick & Struggles after an early career in sales at Netscape, RealNames, and VerisSign.

Kris graduated from CU Boulder with a degree in International Affairs and speaks French and German.

Outside of work, she splits her time between the Bay Area and Lake Tahoe, and enjoys traveling for skiing, live music, and reconnecting with friends from her years living abroad in Frankfurt and Geneva.
