Parker is a product builder and Silicon Valley veteran who applies his passion for marketplaces, mobile, and UX.
Parker is currently Chief Product Officer at Dave, one of the nation’s leading neobanks. Parker spent nine years as an investor at Norwest and was previously Chief Product Officer at Prosper, a marketplace lending company, where he led Product, Design, and Engineering.
Previously, Parker was VP of Product at LinkedIn, where he led a product org responsible for 80% of LinkedIn’s revenue during a period of 20x growth (from $100 million in 2009 to $2 billion in 2014). His teams launched consumer web and mobile products that reached 10+ million monthly uniques and enterprise products that served 100k+ clients.
Prior to LinkedIn, Parker was Founder and CEO of Predictify, a community-based prediction platform where members could make and vote on predictions regarding current events. Earlier, Parker was a founding member of the business operations and strategy team at Google and an associate consultant at Bain & Company.
Parker has served as an advisor to startups such as Medallia, Thumbtack, NerdWallet, Doximity, and ProCore.
He holds two United States patents.
Parker earned a bachelor of science in mathematics from Stanford University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

What’s a success you’re particularly proud of?I taught myself to program and built an iPhone app that has over 500,000 downloads. I use the app every day!
What inspires you about your work? What makes you passionate about your work?I’m inspired by proving doubters wrong. That’s why I love venture. It’s my job to back founders who are fighting to prove their company’s right to exist in a ruthlessly competitive world. Game on!
