Parul Laddha

Parul focuses on early-stage and growth equity investments in Indian companies across a wide range of sectors.

Prior to joining Norwest, Parul was an Investment Associate from Creador, a pan Asian private equity fund where she spent time on growth equity deals across Consumer & Manufacturing. Prior to this, she worked as an Associate Vice President at Avendus Capital, where she advised consumer & financial services businesses on M&A and fund raise transactions.

Parul has an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a bachelor’s degree from St Xaviers Calcutta.
