Tejas focuses on early-stage and growth equity investments in Indian companies across a wide range of sectors.

Prior to joining Norwest, Tejas worked with Panthera Growth Partners, an India- and SEA-focused early-growth stage fund managing an AUM of ~$350 million, where he focused on consumer, SaaS, and tech investing. Prior to Panthera, he worked as a Management Consultant at Alvares & Marsal’s India team, focusing on performance improvement and buyout diligence projects across consumer, steel, aviation, and manufacturing sectors.

Tejas is a Chartered Accountant and has earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce and master’s degree in commerce from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai.
